In 2021, AgriteQ Conference returned for its eighth edition from 23rd to 27th March at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center (DECC) to highlight innovation in agricultural techniques, and pinpoint the road map to achieve food security and sustainable development. The event furnished an ideal opportunity for industry specialists to explore a wide range of agricultural technologies, equipment and related products, meet key decision-makers, gain valuable insights, and discover the best practices.

In addition to many other well-known Hungarian companies, Tungsram Agritech participated with the Hungarian Embassy, who can help promote Hungarian agricultural products and services in Qatar. “This is the first time we have participated in AgriteQ. The exhibition is an excellent opportunity for business professionals and companies to display their latest products and innovations in agriculture and farming. Besides, the expo helps professionals meet prospective partners and explore the large market in Qatar.” - the Hungarian Ambassador to Qatar HE, Barnabás Fodor said.

Tungsram Agritech has been presented on the Hungarian Embassy booth where visitors were able to learn about our latest innovative LED lighting and vertical farm solutions, which were designed with the aim of boosting the quality and quantity of the crop while using considerably less resources, an aspect that is increasingly important in this era characterized by a scarcity of resources.

We would like to say thank you for the great opportunity to the Hungarian Embassy, hopefully there will be more and more cooperation in the agriculture sector between Qatar and Hungary, and Tungsram will be the part of that.
